ધોરણ 10 અંગ્રેજી: વિભાગ C (પ્રશ્ન 39, 40, 41) – વ્યાકરણ પ્રેક્ટિસ ગાઈડ
1. પ્રસ્તાવના
વિદ્યાર્થી મિત્રો, બોર્ડની પરીક્ષામાં સફળતા મેળવવા માટે માત્ર સખત મહેનત જ નહીં, પરંતુ સાચી દિશામાં કરેલી તૈયારી પણ એટલી જ જરૂરી છે. બોર્ડ પરીક્ષા માટે તૈયાર કરવામાં આવેલ ‘ડિજિટલ પ્રશ્નબેંક’ એ તમારા માટે સફળતાની ચાવી છે. આ પ્રશ્નબેંક વિષય નિષ્ણાતો દ્વારા બોર્ડના નવા માળખાને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને તૈયાર કરવામાં આવી છે, જે તમને પરીક્ષામાં પૂછાતા પ્રશ્નોના પ્રકાર અને તેની કાઠિન્યતા સમજવામાં મદદરૂપ થશે. આ પ્રેક્ટિસ દ્વારા અમે તમને વિભાગ C માં પૂરેપૂરા ગુણ મેળવવા માટે તૈયાર કરીશું.
2. વિભાગ C: ફંક્શન આધારિત પ્રશ્નો (Section C: Function-based Questions)
બોર્ડની પરીક્ષામાં વિભાગ C માં પ્રશ્ન ક્રમાંક 39, 40 અને 41 એ ‘Complete the sentence using the word in the bracket’ (કૌંસમાં આપેલા શબ્દ/ફંક્શનનો ઉપયોગ કરીને વાક્ય પૂર્ણ કરો) પ્રકારના પૂછાય છે. આ પ્રશ્નોમાં તમારે વાક્યના અધૂરા ભાગને આપેલા વિકલ્પોમાંથી એવા વિકલ્પ દ્વારા પૂર્ણ કરવાનો હોય છે જે કૌંસમાં દર્શાવેલા ‘લેંગ્વેજ ફંક્શન’ (Language Function) અને વ્યાકરણની દ્રષ્ટિએ યોગ્ય હોય.

5. પરીક્ષા માટે ઉપયોગી માસ્ટર ટિપ્સ (Exam Tips)
પરીક્ષામાં લેન્ગવેજ ફંક્શન ઓળખવા અને સાચો વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવા માટે નીચેની ટિપ્સ યાદ રાખો:
* Past Event (ભૂતકાળની ઘટના): હંમેશા ક્રિયાપદનું ભૂતકાળનું રૂપ (V2) શોધો. માસ્ટર ટિપ: ‘gone’ કે ‘going’ એ એકલા ભૂતકાળ દર્શાવતા નથી, ‘went’ જેવું રૂપ જ સાચું ગણાય.
* Possibility (શક્યતા): વાક્યમાં ‘may’ અથવા ‘might’ શબ્દો શોધો. તે 50/50 સંભાવના દર્શાવે છે.
* Contrast (વિરોધાભાસ): બે પરસ્પર વિરોધી વિચારોને જોડવા માટે ‘but’, ‘though’, ‘although’ કે ‘yet’ વપરાય છે.
* Frequency of Action (ક્રિયાની નિયમિતતા): ‘always’, ‘never’, ‘often’, ‘usually’ જેવા શબ્દો મુખ્ય ક્રિયાપદની પહેલા આવે છે.
* Reporting Event: આ પરોક્ષ કથન (Indirect Speech) દર્શાવે છે. વાક્યમાં ‘said that’ કે ‘asked if’ જેવા જોડાણો શોધો.
* Necessity (જરૂરિયાત): ફરજિયાતપણું કે જરૂરિયાત દર્શાવવા ‘must’ અથવા ‘have to’ નો પ્રયોગ થાય છે.
* Describing Things: કોઈ વસ્તુનું વર્ણન કરવા ‘which’ કે ‘that’ જેવા સર્વનામો વપરાય છે.
* Inquiry / Seeking Information: આ પ્રશ્નાર્થ વાક્યો હોય છે જે સામાન્ય રીતે ‘Who’, ‘Where’, ‘When’, ‘Why’ કે ‘How’ થી શરૂ થાય છે.
6. નિષ્કર્ષ
